Pascua Pachanga

We walk a TON here, and I have approx. 1 million bug-bites. It`s pretty cool. And it`s pretty
dirty
in our area, as in there is just a lot of dirt roads. My feet are
always super dirty by the end of the day. There are also a ton of cows
and dogs. Like, more than there are people. We can walk for 20 minutes
and not see a single person.
We have 2 baptisms
this Saturday! A mother, E., and her son, H. I seriously love
them so much. E. is really humble and shy, and H. is... a 12
year old. Haha. But he is really fun. He always asks me how to say
things in English. He is super excited to be baptized.
I got one package
from home, and my zone leaders took off the label, and put it on a
different package, filled with Books of Mormon and pamphlets. They are clown-in`for-real. But I haven`t gotten my actual package from them yet...
They are really fun though. I am really grateful for Elder R.,
because he is HILARIOUS. Sometimes I just need a good laugh.
My companion goes
home in about 7 months, but you would think she was going home this
transfer from the way she talks about it. She is TRUNKY for-real. Haha.
It`s
a little hard being out here, but it really is great. When I think
about how Happy the family is that is being baptized, it really makes it
all worth it. That`s why I am out here. To give people the opportunity
to learn about the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, and invite them to
come unto Christ by being baptized and receiving
the Gift of the Holy Ghost.
the Gift of the Holy Ghost.
